I started my career as a web designer and developer. I held managerial roles in teams of designers and product managers. Today I am Senior Product Designer in Jet HR, an Italian start-up that helps companies pay and manage staff by eliminating bureaucracy.
My goal has always been to create digital products that are useful to people and, at the same time, socially and economically sustainable. I follow a process that usually starts with identifying customers’ needs and the underlying business opportunity.
Afterwards I focus on creating an MVP to validate initial assumptions. Finally, I manage product development through continuous iterations and evolutions.
